Changes to Apache Configuration Files

When Sun ONE Active Server Pages is installed on a computer running Apache Web Server, the following changes are made to the Web server configuration file (httpd.conf):

These lines are added:

AddHandler chiliasp .asp

AddHandler chiliasp .asa

CaspLib [C-ASP_INSTALL_DIR]/asp-[server]-[PORT]

These lines are added:

On Solaris:

LoadModule  casp2_module

[C-ASP_INSTALL_DIR]/module/sunos5_optimized/apache_[VERSION]/

[API]/mod_casp2.so

On Linux:

LoadModule  casp2_module

[C-ASP_INSTALL_DIR]/module/linux2_optimized/apache_[VERSION]/

[API]/mod_casp2.so

This line is added:

MaxRequestsPerChild 30000
